How can I place an order?

To place an order, browse our collection, select the items you like, choose the size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete the payment process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Zelle, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact our customer service team at support@brunoapparel.com as soon as possible.

What shipping options are available?

We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

Our shipping options at the moment are to Israel and the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

What is your return policy?
