If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for an exchange or credit.
All returns must accompany a completed returns form within 30 days of the invoice date, or the order will be returned at the customer's expense.
According to the Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to an exchange, repair, refund, or credit if the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, are unsafe, or are faulty.
Notice must be given within 14 days of delivery for goods to be accepted in good condition if they comply with relevant specifications.
It is not considered a defect if, in our reasonable opinion, a product has become of unacceptable quality after being sold to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, abnormal use, or failure to take reasonable care.
Once returns are received, processing may take up to 1 week. You will receive a notification email once your return has been processed.
Items on sale are not eligible for exchange or credit.
Underwear and socks are not eligible for exchange or credit once removed from the packaging.
